For over three decades, founder Jeff Held led the company with that mindset—growing not just a successful business, but a legacy rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and family values.

On October 16, 2023, that legacy was thoughtfully passed on to Ryan Earp, marking a new chapter while honoring everything the company has stood for since day one. Ryan, a husband and father of two young children, brings the same dedication to both family and business that defined Jeff’s leadership for 32 years.

What makes this transition unique is the continuity behind it. Jeff remains closely involved, mentoring and guiding Ryan to ensure every client continues to receive the same level of care, expertise, and attention to detail that Sonoran Landscape Design is known for.
